1. Parties
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Capercode Ltd ("we", "us", "Capercode") and the customer ("you") when you purchase products from this website.
2. Products
We sell digital products (including PDF, XLSX, and EPUB files) that are delivered electronically. Product descriptions are provided on each product listing page.
3. Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered by immediate download on payment confirmation. You will also receive an email with a download link. If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact support@capercode.com.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on cancellation rights and refund procedures under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2015.
6. Intellectual property
All products sold through this website are owned by Capercode Ltd. Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or make the product available to third parties.
7. Limitation of liability
Capercode Ltd's total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant product. Capercode Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Capercode App Terms
The following terms apply to Capercode, an internal shop management tool operated by Capercode Ltd.
10.1 Internal use only
Capercode is a private internal tool for use by Capercode Ltd only. It is not available to the public and access is not granted to third parties.
10.2 No warranty
Capercode is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Capercode Ltd makes no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the tool.
10.3 Termination
Capercode Ltd may discontinue Capercode at any time without notice. Etsy API access may be revoked at the discretion of Capercode Ltd or Etsy.
10.4 Liability
Capercode is a free internal tool. The maximum aggregate liability of Capercode Ltd in connection with Capercode is £0 (zero). This does not limit or exclude liability for matters which cannot be limited or excluded by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
