Refund Policy

1. Digital products — cancellation right

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2015, you have a statutory 14-day cancellation right when purchasing digital content online. However, this right is waived when you consent to immediate digital delivery.

By completing your purchase and accessing your digital download, you confirm that you have consented to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2015.

2. Defective or misdescribed products

If a product is materially defective or misdescribed, please contact support@capercode.com within 14 days of your purchase date. Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue

3. Resolution

Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide either:

• A replacement file, or
• A full refund

The resolution method is at Capercode Ltd's discretion, depending on the nature of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and returned to the original payment method.

4. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, consistent with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2015.
